Even Antiproduct singer Alex admits there was a time when doing a cover of The Beach Boys' 'Good Vibrations' - "one of the best recordings ever in the history of mankind" - seemed far from the greatest idea he'd ever had: "Initially, we started the process to be, like, 'You know what? Fuck all of you, we're doing 'Good Vibrations', you can just suck a dick,' just for the balls of being able to do something like that, because, let's face it, it's a bad idea."

And it wasn't easy. The band soon found themselves "burning through engineers" and the ones that lasted warned Alex he was throwing his money away.
