This year's Latitude festival is packed with Bizarre-recommended acts. Quite apart from the main stages, where the likes of Nick Cave, Thom Yorke, Bat For Lashes, Gossip, and Patrick Wolf will be appearing, further down the bill you'll find even more of our favourite acts.

The cabaret arena will star burlesque freaks Fancy Chance, Johnny Woo, Dusty Limits, Lucifire, Miss Behave and the Whoopee club. Take a wander through the far reaches of the festival and discover Jake and Dinos Chapman, Janeane Garofolo, Camille O'Sullivan, Jeremy Warmsley playing the songs of Daniel Johnston and Tom Waits and question and answer sessions with the likes of Vivienne Westwood and Shane Meadows and Paddy Considine. 

Download it isn't. But it is a festival where you'll experience art, music, and theatre way outside of your everyday orbit, plus a cabaret stage stuffed with acts straight from the pages of Bizarre. We can't fricking wait.
