The twisted brainchild of Allen Falkner – the father of modern suspension – Freaks And Fetish was a tantalising taster for the 2010 Dallas Suspension Practitioner Convention, better known to most skin swingers as Texas SusCon.
Walking into The Church was like descending into a dark labyrinth bursting with latex-clad vixens, wide-eyed nymphs and inked angels. One of Bizarre’s favourite freaks, Erik ‘Lizardman’ Sprague, held the thrilling stage show together with his unique style of stand-up comedy, while Håvve Fjell’s Pain Solution from Norway, the endearingly eye-popping Snake Oil Inc from Finland, and the mistress of vertical acrobatics, Pantera Blacksmith, made the crowd wince and gasp with glee.
But given the amount of booze consumed that night, we don’t think many folk would’ve felt like hanging from their backs the next morning. |
