After an incredible response to Bizarre's Body Art Three book, we're already on the hunt for readers' tattoos and body mods for BODY ART FOUR!

As with all the books in the Body Art series, the fourth magbook will bring the latest developments from the body mod world including world famous tattooists, cutting edge body mod techniques, exciting new artists and, of course, YOUR ink and body mods!

To appear in the next book, email your answers to the following questions, along with high quality pictures of your ink or body modifictation, and a head shot, to BodyArtFour@dennis.co.uk

1. Gather good quality pictures (i.e. original image files taken with a digital camera, no resized pics from Facebook/Myspace) of your ink or body mod, ...and a clear face shot. No face, no entry!

Why did you choose it?

What response do you get from people?

What does your family think?

How do you feel about it now?

Would you change or add anything?
Have you got any more planned for the future?
