Two women in Brooklyn report of a man who broke in to their apartments, matrubating, whilst wearing nothing but a bag over his head.

“He came to my bedroom window completely naked, just wearing a paper bag over his head with eyeholes poked out,” said 34-year-old victim no.1. “I didn’t see his face so it didn’t feel threatening, but he was masturbating. Even after I closed the curtains, he stood out there for a while.”

The 2nd victim reports “What was most striking to me was that when I caught him, he made no attempt to jump down and run away and the entire time he looked at me, his eyes were completely devoid of emotion.”

The man has been described as about 6 feet tall, slender lean and fair haired. He appears to be in his late 20s or early 30s and has no visible tattoos or piercings.
