A man required emergency surgery after lacerating his penis having sex with a hedgehog. Zoran Nikolovic, 35, from Serbia, believed a witch doctor who said it would cure his premature ejaculation. The encounter left his penis severely damaged but it was repaired by surgery. “The animal was unhurt and the patient came off much worse from the encounter,” observed a hospital spokesman.
