County Executive Allen Buechel is a bit miffed over missing loo roll from a public lavotory in Fond du Lac. A suspect has been reported to go into the toilets once or twice a week around midday and gets about six rolls a week from dispensers. Some rolls weren't even full, he added.

Nobody seems to be too bogged down by the incedents, "we don't buy the best toilet paper," Buechel said.
